About
We invite you to join us as we share the 2020/21 survey findings detailing the experiences of professional services staff in further and higher education, the majority of whom were working remotely online during the survey period (October 2020 to June 2021). This follows on from our reports on the digital experiences of learners/students and teaching staff.
What is particularly interesting about these findings is that they reflect the experiences of a much broader field than education professionals. With working from home/remotely set to continue in some form for many jobs, the insights from the survey can help us develop working practices that will benefit organisations and individuals.
It is also a great opportunity to meet the members of our team here at Jisc and ask any questions regarding the service and the report findings. The event is free to attend but registration is required.
Presenters:
- Emma Jones, Senior consultant
