About the community

The Jisc international community group is a place for our members to discuss anything international. Topics may relate to connectivity and access, access to content or any service that Jisc currently offers.

It's the place to keep up to date with Jisc's international strategy and outreach, as well as find out how you can make the most of our global education and research activities.

Through our collaborative and partnership initiatives, advocacy and thought leadership, Jisc is leading the way on the global stage. Wherever our members may be or want to work in the world, we have services, consultancy, advice and guidance to support you.

Who can join

The community is a closed group for Jisc members and staff. Within our member group, it is open to anyone with an interest in international education or research.

We started the community at the beginning of the COVID-19 global pandemic to share peer to peer advice, and since then it has grown to over 300 members.

How to join

You can request to join the Teams community group by emailing international@jisc.ac.uk

You may also like to visit our international community webpages to find out more about our international activities and how you can become a part of them.
