About the community

UKEduCamp is open to anyone who works in or around the higher or further education sector in the UK. Whether you are designing or delivering course content or supporting learning by providing digital products or technology. Perhaps you are setting education policy or direction. Maybe you work to support student welfare and health outside of their learning curriculum.

What you can expect

The first 'unconference' event focused on higher and further education in the UK will take place on the 29th of June 2023 in Sheffield.

It is an all-day event for people who work in and around HE/FE in the UK and want to get together to share their experience, ideas and practice.

What will happen at UKEduCamp?

UKEduCamp will include elements of an unconference (in the tradition of the long-running UKGOVCamp events). This will give everyone a chance to share their ideas, thoughts, plans and experiences and to find others to provide feedback and support for them. In the great spirit of an unconference, sessions do not need to be pre-planned and can be run by any of the attendees. This makes it a great opportunity for you to find people who are tackling the same issues as you and learn from each other through sharing your thoughts and experiences.

Who can join?

Anyone in the sector who is open and willing to share experiences with others to make things better.
