If you have problems with network access or you need advice on network related matters, please contact the nominated person in your organisation (eg computing services or your IT officer).
All organisations with a primary connection to the Janet Network will have been provided with a fault reporting letter detailing the appropriate ways to contact Jisc if you are experiencing issues with your Janet connection.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a copy of your fault reporting letter.
