Are you a new user of Heidi Plus who would like further information about essential functionality?

Would you like the opportunity to share your early experience of using Heidi Plus with others?

These clinics offers you the opportunity to find out about the features of Heidi Plus you will need to use in your role, for example:

• Creating visualisations
• Interacting with the data
• Using the analytics pane

Please note that gold and silver users of Heidi Plus (rather than bronze) are more likely to benefit from the clinics as they focus on the creation of data visualisation.

Who should attend

Gold and silver users who are in the early or beginning stages of using Heidi Plus and would benefit from support with the essentials.

If you missed the first clinics on 6 October and 24 November 2022, you can access recordings of the main content, and other training material, through our Heidi Plus e-learning hub.

Responses to the questions asked in the chat during previous clinics have been added to the FAQ page in the Heidi Plus support centre.

Masterclasses, for more advanced Heidi Plus functions, will also be available in 2023.

Session topics and leads

The session will be hosted by training consultants in the data analytics team and supported by members of the Heidi Plus development and customer success team. We will also be joined by colleagues from HESA, now part of Jisc.
