About the community
We are strongly committed to the provision of high-quality learning resources and library services for further education and sixth form colleges. We are interested in exploring how technology innovation can be implemented to improve learner experiences and outcomes.
Our community supports our members in sharing success and best practice, solving problems, and learning from each other’s experiences in an open and trusted environment.
By being part of the community, members feel supported and together more able to improve services to learners and college staff.
Our aims are:
- To provide a confidential and safe space to share provision of learning resources and library services including – but not restricted to – digital resources and digital practice
- To help and support members in improving services, developing and sharing their practice, adapting to change, and finding solutions to common problems
- To consider where technology solutions might alleviate concerns and support objectives, and the culture, skills and support processes needed for effective implementation of those solutions
- To actively encourage collaboration and seek common approaches that support members to improve learner experiences and outcomes
We offer regular free, online, interactive events and Teams channels for discussions and sharing of opportunities and practice.
